qsuEl Capitán Fulgencio Medina,  instructor penal,  la tarde noche del domingo 22 de junio en un salón del Hospital Carlos Manuel de Céspedes, en Bayamo al leer las actas de los testigos contó lo siguiente a todos los presentes en dicho lugar:

“Los testigos declararon que cuando quienes viajaban en el Lada rojo se acercaron al auto siniestrado el español les dijo: Quienes son ustedes y por que nos hacen esto….”
